Starting her career in 1989, Patty has worked in various barbershops across Arlington, TX, and Oklahoma, learning the craft and refining her technique. She also had the privilege of working for Rick Autrey, the previous owner of Garden Plaza Barber Shop. When Rick passed away, Patty embraced the opportunity to continue his legacy by purchasing the shop and turning it into a local favorite. Her passion for the craft and commitment to her community were recognized when Garden Plaza Barber Shop was awarded the 2020 Neighborhood Favorite award by Nextdoor.
